Experienced staff, tracking abilities

Strengths: Our company uses Con-Way for shipping needs. Our customers have reported that drivers are experienced and courteous with deliveries and pick-ups. Transit times are standard and customer service is helpful with tracking and load information.

Great service, varied products

Strengths: Our company uses McMaster-Carr and their quality products including fasteners, raw-materials, lab equipment, and plastic tubing. The product line they supply is vast and can be very beneficial when placing bulk orders for a multitude of different items. Customer service is very helpful and knowledgeable and can answer any questions regarding all products.

Needs to improve: None

Great quality and functionality, multitude of sizes and styles

Strengths: Our company has used Avery labels for years in every department. The various styles and designs make labeling, shipping, & correspondence easy and functional. Being able to easily format the labels using Microsoft makes printing a breeze. Labels are high quality and professional in appearance.

Needs to improve: No weaknesses have been observed

Positive interaction with customer service, nice selection of sizes

Strengths: Royal Paper Box produces high quality industry-standard packing boxes in a multitude of sizes. We use these boxes to ship manufacturing products within our warehouses and the boxes are sturdy enough to protect agains dents and tears. Ordering is easy and efficient and customer service is helpful with sizing and transit queries.

Needs to improve: We haven't encountered any weaknesses at this point

Great customer service, high functionality, great customization

Strengths: Our company ordered custom benches for warehouse and R&D departments. The custom benches are sturdy and well-made, allowing for easy maintenance. Our technicians have really appreciated the optional risers which supply additional work space and storage for tools. The customer service department is knowledgable about custom options and is efficient with ordering queries and follow-up.

Needs to improve: Haven't encountered at this point

Exceptional service and quality

Strengths: Our company frequents Edible Arrangements for office events, customer thank-yous, and community functions. Customer service is excellent and the product they deliver is high quality and delicious. Prices are competitive and promotions and sales are frequent. Edible Arrangements allow our company to stand out in a crowd and leave a lasting impression with our customers. Highly recommended!

Strengths: Walmart is a convenient source for our company to purchase office supplies. Walmart offers great value for an even better price. Our company plans to continue to visit Walmart for our office supply needs.

Strengths: We use Cisco products for company internet connectivity. The routers are well made and written literature makes set-up easy and efficient. Cisco products make networking a breeze and we plan to continue to use their products in the future.

Needs to improve: Customer support can use some improvement

Strengths: We use a number of Rubbermaid containers to keep various components and materials organized in our offices. Containers are heavy-duty, durable, and long-lasting. Allows for efficient storage and retrieval. Customer service is helpful and quick to respond to any queries.

Needs to improve: Recommend continued introduction of varied product sizes and configurations

Great customer service at check-out and customer service.

Strengths: Costco is a one-stop-shop. Whether shopping for office supplies, kitchen supplies, staff luncheons, or personal needs, we've only needed to go to Costco to get everything we're looking for. Prices are competitive and new items are always being introduced. Employees are knowledgable and hard working. Will forever be a Costco Wholesale member.

Needs to improve: Depending on the day of the week or hour of the day, Costco can be very crowded but employees are usually able to keep customers flowing in and out of the store quickly.
