There is nothing you can't find at Costco. A great place to buy things in bulk - no matter what you are looking for! Customer service is superb, return policy is flexible and selection of products is very vast.

Strengths: Costco just has great selection of bulk items for a small business. Whether you are buying cleaning supplies, snacks for your employees, or even photo services, they have everything you could possibly need at a great price. I buy most of my small business supplies (i.e, c-fold paper, cleaning supplies, stationary, electronics, and non-perishable snacks) there on a bi-weekly basis and there is always a store conveniently located. Also, customer service is always great!

Needs to improve: Sometimes when I need help, it is very hard to find a employee in any particular section of the store. The warehouse is so large and the employees are always running around stocking items, that it really does get annoying when you have to walk a long distance to get assistance. Additionally, each Costco store does have different inventory of items - would prefer that they carry the same 'main' products. For example, I buy industrial grade toilet paper for my business and out of the 2 Costcos in Houston, only 1 of the stores have it. It would be nice if both stores carried items that would be seem mainstream.

I have always found the service to be good at Costco whether I am shopping online or in the store. Sometimes in the store it can be difficult to find someone to help you but when you do, they are always helpful. One time, I had a person that did not know the answer but they found someone who did. One thing I have found, however, is often nobody knows if they have something in stock if it is not normally where I have found it in the store before. My deliveries have always been on time as well.

Strengths: Costco always has what we need for our business. They have the best prices, especially for the quantity of what we get compared to other vendors. They are also rarely out of stock.

Needs to improve: There are very few weaknesses that I can think of, except, perhaps they could offer more variety of the same product. I know that for warehouse store, this is not always possible or their focus, but perhaps 1 or 2 different brands/colors/sizes for the same product would be useful.

Costco will always provide extremely high quality name brand products at prices that for the most part, beat out most of its competitors. Costco is incredibly cheap and easy to join and shop at. Employees are never rude and are always friendly. Large stores generally about 10-20 miles apart makes for easy access getting to and using. Products that I have bought for my company at Costco are always high quality and have never broke down or worn down, unlike products that we have bought from other companies. Also Costco provides great food at low prices. And the bulk buying makes it a great place for food suppliers or restaurant owners to stock up on supplies for their customers.

Needs to improve: Sometimes bulk is too big. Not a large Seasonal selection. Different Stores cater to a different crowd.

Costco is one of the best supply stores around my area. at my x job 5 years ago I use to shop at Costco twice a week mainly for boxes storage to store my lab components they are so cheap and durable. you cant go wrong with Costco there return policies are amazing as well!!

Strengths: its a one stop shop for me. I buy all my office and lab supplies and also on days that I am in charge of office catering. I can stop at there cafeteria. they also have lab supplies on there website at an amazing price!

Needs to improve: they always change the office supply spot they move things around so when I try to find something its usually not at the same spot. I wish they would have small shopping carts as well.

Costco is without a doubt a great company and experience. They have one of the best return policies known to mankind. There is a no questions asked policy when returning any of their products. Product selection is awesome and prices are always competitive.

Strengths: Costco has been a trusted office supply vendor of ours for many years now. We have purchased office products such as paper, pens, computers, coffee, appliances with great satisfaction. All of their products are durable and will do what they are intended to do. Their customer service department will take back anything without any questions asked. What a great concept! We will continue to be loyal client to Costco!

Needs to improve: Absolutely nothing. A great company!

Costco is great for break room and event catering purchases. If you are planning a "Costco Run" try to go first thing in the morning because come lunch time, that place gets packed!

Strengths: Costco is perfect for office events, lunches, and celebrations. We often have social gathers for our office and buying in bulk is a must. It saves us tons of money and the selection of sandwich, fruit, veggie and desert party trays, makes the set up a breeze.

Needs to improve: There have been times when we are looking for a certain item and they no longer carry it. The consistency of the brand varies, but there's normally a good alternative.

We had a great time purchasing our office needs at best price. With tight budget on hand definitely Costco will help you out to choose what is the best price items.

Strengths: Our company purchase office supplies and materials every 2 months and for this we usually do bulk buying at Costco, for it is very affordable and it's in good brands. If the item is damaged or broken they will be more than happy to change with new ones or a full refund. They also have great variety of products to choose from that you may need in office, schools, homes and etc.

Needs to improve: Have great number of staffs but low costumer service.

We have purchased gifts as well as tools and many other products from Costco. They have excellent prices and many products. They have excellent customer service as well as in house expertise and are the best wholesale provider in the whole world. They have many locations as well as an excellent website and makes ordering and or shopping very very easy. I cannot recommend them enough.

Strengths: Costco is a great supplier of large size wholesale products, they have excellent prices and are truly great at everything. They have everything a company could need, from TVs to Clothes and everything in between, they are a great company.

I have had an exceptional experience working with Costco. I utilized their services while shopping for office supplies for a small business of about 60 people. Most everything comes in bulk so we were able to stock up on food and office supplies at a reasonable cost.

Strengths: Costco has a wide variety of products that are very useful to a small business, including: office supplies, food, furniture and toiletries. They offer pick-up and delivery, which is very convenient. They also honor a great return policy that makes it hard to shop anywhere else.

Needs to improve: They do not have every product you may wish for, but most are covered.

I love the free samples and how there are so many. sundays are my favorite day to go just because of the samples. i usually end up purchasing the sample item if i like it. definitely works with the customers for sure!

Needs to improve: with someone like me who get off work at 9pm everyday it would be great for costco to be open for extended hours. like who they let me business card holders come in an hour before they open

Costco Wholesale Corporation was warm and friendly - they were willing to lend a helping hand to assist in providing food for a non-profit organization.

Strengths: The Costco Wholesale Corporation's strength is that they value every customer. When approaching Costco for food donations for a non-profit organization- they were very receptive and willing to contribute. They catered breakfast at the Universtity of San Francisco's Relay for Life event that was held by the American Cancer Society. I was very impressed with their willingness to contribute food items for our event.

Needs to improve: I think Costco shouldn't have a limit on how much they can contribute to an organization.

Overall, I have a positive experience with Costco. It would be nice to have employees walking around to help customers find things.

Strengths: Costco sells branded and their own Kirkland label products in a range of merchandise categories. They sell products in bulk and large quantities at low process, They have a very generous no questions asked return policy.

Needs to improve: Costco has a very high turn over in products. Something on the shelf one week can be gone forever the next week. Customer service in the store is virtually non existent. You are pretty much on your own in the store.

my nonprofit company uses costco for everything. its convenient, theres locations throughout the US and you cant beat the price. Whether we have large parties or more private ones to throw and we are not looking to use a restaurant vendor, costco is our #1 choice. they have so much variety in products and the quantity is definitely large enough for company events.

Strengths: Costco is a one-stop-shop. Whether shopping for office supplies, kitchen supplies, staff luncheons, or personal needs, we've only needed to go to Costco to get everything we're looking for. Prices are competitive and new items are always being introduced. Employees are knowledgable and hard working. Will forever be a Costco Wholesale member.

Needs to improve: Depending on the day of the week or hour of the day, Costco can be very crowded but employees are usually able to keep customers flowing in and out of the store quickly.

I've purchased hard drives, monitors and displays from Costco. They have some of the lowest prices around. One of the displays that I purchased died after a month of light usage. We returned the item and were refunded the amount with no questions (even without the receipt). Although they do not carry a wide selection of items, the return policy and customer service speaks for itself. We use the Costco locations in the San Jose area.

My experience with Costco has been pleasant. Whenever I order supplies, I always find what I need.

Strengths: Costco is wonderful for businesses small and large. They offer a wide variety of supplies to keep your business up and running. Such as office supplies & groceries etc. If you're a large enough company, and place an order weekly they will deliver it. Also they have great customer service, based on my experiences.

Needs to improve: If you don't order weekly, some locations won't deliver to your business.

We use Costco for various office supplies and misc items. They have great customer service and prices are competitive. Although they do not have a large selection, of the items they do sell, they are of great quality. We have never had any problems and if we do, we just return the items, no question asked. We will continue to shop at Costco and recommend them to everyone.

I have furnished all of my home offices almost completely through costco! Great quality furniture that has never given me any issues. The price is steep but the product is good and the biggest downside is the selection. They usually have 1 or 2 chairs, desks, file cabinets, etc to choose from but they are very good products so the lack of selection acceptable to me.

Costco is great. We shop here for most if not all of our business needs. You can find us here at least 2 or 3 times a week. Return policy is amazing. Produce is usually pretty fresh.
