Enjoy working with the TPS team. The estimator although may ask too many questions, he does ask the right ones for clarity. I have found TPS to be a cost effective quality printer that ships on time.

Needs to improve: Improving on packaging ask a lot of questions; which would be ok but often the answer is already available customer service rep is often abrasive to others in the team
