The support isn't great in the service department. If you have problems and leave a message it may take a few days to call you back. Welder started making a weird noise that I was worried about and I called service they told me it wasn't a big deal and a upgraded pluming kit was needed when my machine had the upgrade kit already(I didn't know at the time) but they would be sending the part out in a week, never got a call or the part order didn't get processed. Didn't worry about it to much so about a month later called them up and got the parts shipped out for free under my warranty. This water system cools the flash lamp and the gold reflectors and the flash lamp contacts. I heard the service manager say those shouldn't be bad yet, but I just paid $1291.95 a year into my purchase with a warranty. I told them that the sales guy sold me on not having to replace the flash lamp like the rofin, they told me he is a sales person. He is YOUR sales guy. I didn't change the water filter at 6 months, but I was diligent about changing the water with their water. My buddy has had one for 2 years and hasn't changed the water filter yet and he has 5 employees and they crank the MS and The Hertz up all the time, and he hasn't had any problems. I got the impression that there is some inconsistency in there lasers.

Strengths: It is a nice product comparable to a rofin.

Needs to improve: Misdiagnosed my problem, warranty and service are frustrating I was told to only deal with the head guy after the plumbing issue. I don't know about the support for rofin but I do know in the 4 years I worked with one they had to replace the flashlamp 3 times, but that was still cheaper than my first dent a year in.
