send them an email: ronedamachineworks@yahoo.com
Strengths: Accuracy for simple to semi complex parts. They do business with lots of clients from all over, but always take on new jobs, and rarely turn down rush jobs... but better if you walk in for these type of rush jobs.
Needs to improve: Main capability being milling and turning, they have to subcontract heat treat, welding etc... Usually does not impact the leadtime.

Strengths: Plastic machining to a level that allows the engineer to get a feel for how the injection molded part would feel like. Don Guyon is very talented in sculpting handles and the likes and provides nice finishes for reasonable pricing and great leadtimes.
Needs to improve: Machining and simple assembly only to my knowledge, but worth challenging the man...

Outsources all aspects of packaging, from pouches to SBS boxes, foam, blisters etc...
A go to person to get it done.
Strengths: Fast customer service, 2 days turnaround for prototypes (and at a good price), and production quantities arrive faster than expected.
Needs to improve: None that I can think of

This outfit can design your idea, and make it for you to sell. From medical devices to outdoor equipment. The design skill and general overall mfg expertise is like no other. One stop shop!
Strengths: Jeff, the owner and his two sons have been growing non stop because of the combined set of skills they bring to the table, from design, to prototyping to full blown production in areas of machining, injection molding, electrico-mechanical devices etc...
Still a small enough outfit to be able to really take care of customers.
Needs to improve: With success comes a busy schedule sometimes. Like every other good outfit, sometimes the leadtime is a bit long but the result always worth waiting for.

Now that it is Element, the variety of testing offered has an impact on frame availability.
Strengths: Communication and knowledge of test execution. Getting an email update on a test systematically every morning, before getting to the office is a real advantage.
Pricing is fair for what you get. Quite honestly, others are overpriced and more difficult to deal with.
Needs to improve: To be fair, it is the hardest thing to do, and I do not know anyone who does it just right every single time, but set up of a test can be a challenge, granted it sometimes could be improved by better fixtures, generally provided by the customer.
