They are always willing to help with lead times and samples and are very easy to work with and get ahold of.

Strengths: They are very willing to accommodate fast lead times and get material out as fast as possible when needed. If they have resin in stock, they will work to get out full or partial shipments as soon as possible, usually within days. Their irradiated Pebax HS performs well and consistently.

Needs to improve: We had one instance of heat shrink not recovering fully but they found the problem and resolved it and replaced material very quickly, even though it was not called out as a critical dimension.
