My experience with amazon is exceptionally great! Accurate shipping of items and expected delivery dates. The only issue I have is the price changes on item that I would reserve. It is just disappointing sometimes to see the price change after you saved up for it.

Strengths: Amazon.com is one of the best online supplier that I have tried. As soon as I place my order, I always receive an instant confirmation of order. Also, they provide you with tracking number to ensure that your packages will be delivered on time.

Needs to improve: The only thing that I can pin point is the sorting option after you search. It would not let you sort the items by the category that you would like it to be.
