Customer for twenty years of loyalty means squat, no offers no deals, only for new customers. So off to the competition we must go, wow is corporate stupid. 60 days left on a two year contract, ask to switch to residential Xfinity, but still forced to stay on overpriced Comcast business 150 plan (which actual speed is 30mbps/15mbps)and be sure to give 30 day notice before contract end or will auto renew for another two years, rip off. This is SOS as why people quit buying into cellular contracts. Committing to NEVER use Comcast for anything!!!
