We contracted RAF Electronic Hardware Corp for their wide selection of components for our assembly line of medical devices. We were referred to them after a terrible experience with other vendors. We were impressed by their professionalism and competitive prices. Customer service was responsive and knowledgeable. They were able to answer all of our questions promptly. The ordering process was made easy thanks to their expert team. Accurate quotes, quick turnaround and fast delivery. They kept in constant contact with us throughout the process. The components we received were durable and high quality. Overall we've had a great experience working with them.

Custom Ink is a good combination of quality promotional products, service, speed and price. It's rare to see one vendor get all those things right. If you need to outfit your squad with cool gear that people will actually wear, Custom Ink is a great way to go.

The one time I had a minor issue, they were all over it. Another time I asked for something very custom, they made it happen. I always loved getting my order from them in the office.

Strengths: The web experience they've built to design your own stuff is the best of its kind that I've seen. It enables you to try out different styles, fonts and colors in seconds. That in turn lets you be more creative in what you're trying to do and makes it fun.

Their customer service also impressed me a great deal. They send you an email after you place an order to confirm the details. You're dealing with a person that you can reach at their office, so it has the feel of being personal and real.

Needs to improve: One of the challenges with ordering apparel in large numbers is getting the sizing right. I think they could improve on that with the web experience they have. When you shop in store, you can ask "do these run smaller or larger than usual"? If they could add something like that online, I think it would give customers more confidence and enable better sizing.
