A1 Jay's Machining Inc

My firm utilizes A1 for customized machining jobs in our medical device assembly process. They provide many specialized services and are competent in all, with a top notch customer service team. Our only major issue has been that at times because they take orders that are so specific and detailed to the client that they get backlogged and can lag in delivery time. You also have to pay up for their high level of expertise, they are not cheap. Overall we were quite satisfied.

I received this product from A1 Jays for our Inventory, and use for Kitting assembly. stiffeners are really strong quality products and customs design is unique. they were always on time to make delivery to provide the company on assembling the probecard.

Overall machining parts ability is good. I recommend for prototyping fixtures and small components.

Strengths: A1 Jays have done excellent job for prototyping fixtures with very complex design.
They have excellent ability for using EDM machining and laser technology.

Needs to improve: Their response time is very slow for sending us quotes.

A1 has done a great job on ore parts. They offer many services and are competent in all. Competitive pro ices with good customer service make A1 a no brainer.
