Ajax Custom Manufacturing (Now Ichor Systems)

When we were searching for a manufacturer for our components we came to Ajax's door and wanted to see what they can do for us. We were cocky young entrepreneurs that thought we knew what we were doing and what we wanted. We had great ideas and concepts that we wanted to bring to reality. Ajax's first order of business was to bring us down gently, they gave us some humility by explaining what we needed to do first. We were aiming too high, they were able to communicate to us in a manner that was not disrespectful and got us to understand the business. On top of all that they were able to bring quality craftsmanship for our components.

Our firm has contracted with Ajax Custom Manufacturing to help us with their plastic solutions for our assembly process. The customer service at Ajax was fantastic and really helpful - they really guided us through the entire process and let us know exactly what services they could and could not provide. By having us contract some of this work to Ajax, our manufacturing process has become a lot more efficient and profitable. Their lead times are great and the service they provide is always top grade. We love the team at Ajax and they will continue to be a trusted partner in the future.

We have contracted Ajax Custom Manufacturing for High quality thermoforming, welding and CNC machining on plastics for our R&D Department for fixturing. We have added tremendous value by utilizing there expertise with thermoformed plastics. The tooling is minimal and because they can do all operations in house the delivery time is cut down tremendously - a great asset. Their staff is knowledgeable, can supply accurate quotes, engineering assistance, delivery schedules, etc… A great vendor to have on anyone’s AVL list.

As said before, their prices are competitive and customer service was exceptional. Shipping was fast and reliable. More importantly our purchases were on time.

The customer service staff has always been extraordinary. They answered all of our questions with valuable knowledge that none of our competitors could match. Pricing for their product is competitive and accurate.

We've been contacting with Ajax for approximately 6 months now utilizing their assembly services for two of our consumer products. They've been extremely helpful in setting up a process that minimizes quality issues and still keeps a tight deadline for delivery.
