They have a wide selection of components such as: board level heat sinks 9stamped & extruded), ball grid arrays (bga) with numerous fastening options, microprocessors, dc-to-dc convertors, fans, etc.... Their website is extremely easy to use and a great source for data sheets, part requests, etc... They have a local sales representative in the bay area and they are very knowledgeable, easy to get in touch with for technical data and samples. I have found their heat sink solutions have been reliable and help with cooling of specific board components.

Needs to improve: Sometimes the lead-times are longer then promised. It has happened a few times over the course of the last few years. Have had to call for status more then once, when they should of been keeping me informed along the way.
