Engineers were helpful with making sure the design was feasible, but it was hard and time consuming to get a hold of an engineer and to get my drawing submitted.

Strengths: Helpful engineers that worked with me on my drawing to make sure all the dimensions are correctly laid out with correct tolerance. Parts received were well within tolerances and packaged neatly.

Needs to improve: Longer lead time and unwilling to workout shorter times, unable to order small quantities, they wanted large order with very little price break
