Strengths: Very knowledgeable sales rep who is also willing to go out of the way to be on site and present to new and young engineers. Also the ability to quickly get quotes from different sources

Needs to improve: Sometimes dealing with the middle man instead of the vendor directly can be troublesome and lead to miscommunications

Great service, use them for small diameter SS wires and nintol wires. Helpful staff that provides recommendations as well as helping to understand application purposes for different tensile strengths.

Strengths: Great place for wire, Stainless Steel and Nitnol. Accurate qoute and very helpful staff answering questions about different tensile strength and providing recommendations for different applications

Needs to improve: min order of $450 which means having to order large quantities of very small diameter wires.

Great service, was able to get some samples first to test out in my applications and then getting quotes and orders completed were all hassle free

Strengths: Fast turn around for wire and stock material (what they call fast track parts). Main source for SS wire, they can straighten and put different end condition. Holds tight tolerance with wires and grinding of hypotubes

The experience with EC Plating was great starting from getting information about the different services they provide, getting a quote, and picking up the parts. All the parts were wrapped in paper and handle with care to minimize the damage on the way back.

Strengths: Quick turn around, drop off parts Friday morning and pick up Tuesday Morning. Helpful and knowledgeable staff that help me understand the differences between soft and hard anodizing and the amount on material it would add to the OD and ID of parts

Needs to improve: One of my smaller pieces was lost in their acid bath

really helpful with networking and computer issues, their staff is also very knowledgeable about pc and pc upgrades

Strengths: Helpful engineers that went over drawing to make sure sheet metal assembly will fit together, local delivery so parts were received the same day they were finished.

Engineers were helpful with making sure the design was feasible, but it was hard and time consuming to get a hold of an engineer and to get my drawing submitted.

Strengths: Helpful engineers that worked with me on my drawing to make sure all the dimensions are correctly laid out with correct tolerance. Parts received were well within tolerances and packaged neatly.

Needs to improve: Longer lead time and unwilling to workout shorter times, unable to order small quantities, they wanted large order with very little price break
