I have never had a lot of debt payment service experience but my loan through acs has been a nightmare! Every other month I wind up having to deal with their customer service computers to figure out why they are still trying to charge a card that no longer exists. I have told them to remove it from their system and use my current card but they dont seem to understand. The next month is fine and then I am back at it again b*tching at them to fix the system. And then when my paymenta dont go through, they still tell me the payment has been scheduled and even received and never bother to tell me that the payment was eventually cancelled. It is a real mess! So I get hit with late fees that I have to fight to get removed and in the end nothing is really fixed.
