we use Merrils medical sterile packaging for our devices as well as blister packaging for some of our pharmaceutical agents. in having merril as one of our vendors, we are reassured that through their packaging process, the material is kept in a clean room environment thats ISO and FDA certified, materials are also fda approved, and they also provide material lot traceability. their material is high quality and while some packaging are made from more cost saving materials that provide the same high quality as their more expensive products. Merrill has provided us with significant savings allowing us to stay within our budget for nearly all our projects. our representative Shirley is our main avenue of communication and she is great at keeping an open communication with our team throughout the process.

We used Merril's once to design a tray for one of our devices. The did a terrible job with the design of the tooling. The trays they supplied us had cracks and breaks in multiple places. They wanted us to pay for upgrades to the tooling that they designed. As soon as we are going to qualify another vendor to produce our trays.

We just started our contract with Merril. We spoke with their sales rep and he quoted us a great price. He even told us to hold off on decided while he sends us some samples of products that we were inquiring about. We liked what we saw and more importantly we liked their representation and the feeling we got. Great customer service.

We often order foams for our shipping needs it helps keep everything in its place when shipping it out. We like that the foams are sturdy and durable ,we know when using the foam it will protect our delicate item when in the box , thanks Merrill's Packaging we will be coming back.

Good place to buy if you are interested only in foams

Strengths: Consulted with them related to our foam-based packaging design. Great team to work with. Advised useful information. Although they were extremely helpful, we wanted to have one supplier for the entire packaging configuration.
