The company has very strong capabilities in stent fabrication. They are very solid in assuring their product quality which may be why it tends to lead into horrendous lead times that slip beyond initial quotes. i had a project i worked with them on that slipped significantly by a few months, which i was luckily able to be salvaged by Laserage and their staff which we ended up going with in the end (not a straightforward project as we did require new custom processes to be developed to meet our needs, but their staff was incredible and collaborative during this time). i ended up having to absorb over 30k in development costs as we cancelled all further work with admedes as we were able to make much more progress with Laserage during this project.
Their prices are very expensive comparatively with competitors (although you do get high quality and detailed results). I think there are better vendors to use that can meet the capabilities of admedes with much better assurance on deliverables. i believe another commentator had stated they may be working on stents themselves with a spin-off company which in my opinion pretty much puts it over the hump for me to not go with admedes in the future with the additional potential of conflicts of interest, IP, etc. as their service and quality isn't really that superb over the competitors to make it worthwhile in my opinion. many others out there that i would recommend before coming here (laserage, Meko, norman noble, NDC).

We have used for our stent projects and their stents come out looking great after electropolishing with minimal slags and oxidation. Their tolerances are kept nice and tight and we have a very high yield by the time we inspect the product at our end. Don't expect them to help you in a bind though, their work takes awhile and when factoring in shipping, the lead times can be fairly long. They tend to be more expensive so we are in the process of qualifying a new vendor. Overall working with them has been a mediocre experience. Customer service is okay when you speak with them in person but they are not very helpful over the phone.

We had an idea for a consumer product and went to Admedes for their consultation and later testing. We wanted to build something for the consumer but make it medical grade quality. We consulted with Admedes to see how viable that would be they were very honest and factual in their response. We decided against that product. But they were so forthcoming with us we later on sent in other products for various tests that they did. Their service and knowledge were great. Great team behind admedes.

We were in need of very high tolerance testing for one of our consumer product lines and we had heard good things about Admedes. We reached out to them and reviewed their technology and costs associated with their services. The whole process was great. They were able to perform all services within the quote and up to the quality that was originally promised. They have also partnered with us to make improvements on our product based on their testing. Would highly recommend Admedes for testing.

Admedes is a solid stent manufacturer. The quality is good, though they have struggled on meeting some of our tolerance specifications. Once they were able to dial in there process the product was good. Prices can be high. They have also recently set up a Stent company in the USA so there could be conflicts.

generally more expensive than other stent manufacturing companies and i agree with the general sentiment by others here with their lead times generally being longer than promised.
i've used them on a few occasions and have generally experienced this. they have excellent quality and attention to detail with what they deliver.

We've used Admedes on occasion and their quality in general has been very good. What kills this company is the non-competitive pricing and very long lead times (often with delayed delivery). Admedes pays attention to the details but the issues that I have mentioned hurt the companies ratings

Admedes provided us with manufactured stents. Though they were of good quality, it was disappointing they could not provide reliable deliveries during development, as it had cost them the business to provide parts for production. Compared to competitors, their prices were higher and deliveries inconsistent.

We tried Admedes for second source of vendor. Sale reps and customer service worked with us to meet our specification but unfortunately the quality is not good enough as other leading company. It may be good for small R&D project only.

Generally Good Product. Does not appear as responsive as other vendors. Pricing is typically higher than others. Typical impressions were they wanted big orders, but to get the bigger orders you need to start with the smaller ones.

We had used them as a second source of vendor. For this particular project, they had a hard time to meet our spec and delivery date but they tried hard to keep us happy.
