I use ADT at my office. The service is prety good albeit not very cheap. They are very good at calling when you have an alarm and they seem to have good relationship with the police. The reason I know this is because I keep getting false alarms because of a faulty install that has not been fixed yet.

Strengths: We used ADT security for building perimeter remote monitored alarm systems. In the beginning they were very good, technicians came out and installed the system, repaired broken key pads etc. But after awhile, the system got old and we began to experience false alarms at our building. It seems that the sensors began to malfunction and this resulted in after hours call outs to go reset the system.

Needs to improve: Service was not as good as expected. numerous false alarms due to bad sensors. High monthly prices. When you called in a false activation, they were very slow to respond. Would not cancel the police.

I used ADT at a previous office I had in the Silicon Valley area. My office was broken into twice and police never came. I felt like the service was absolutely useless. I ad a really hard time with the control panel.

Strengths: ADT provides mediocre commercial security services.

Needs to improve: Expensive, un-user friendly control panel, very poor customer service

Our facilities are secured using ADT including secure storage and rooms on the interior using ADT key panel systems. Recently we increased our video monitor locations as insurance recommended it and helped to present to insurance. We have not had any incidents requiring the security, but of course it acts as a deterrent as well. There have been a few faulty moments including calls to the ADT security center due to tripping some security measures, but they are extremely responsive and we'd rather have the system overly sensitive instead of the opposite.

Their technical staff is extremely experienced. The account manager was very accomodating. We'll continue to renew our contracts.

Strengths: ADT is our security service provider for all of our offices. The account manager was easy to get a hold of and always avaiilable. He provided me with a wide selection of products and solutions cater to each of our nranch office's needs.

Needs to improve: They could have worked with the telco a little bit more instead of relying on our staff. Take charge in the project implementation as the phone line feeds their system.

This review is just for our office's general use of ADT as our alarm system. The initial set up at our location was fast and their staff did a brief presentation to our team on the model we installed, its capabilities and how to use it properly. Noting too out of the ordinary here but it does the job, we are satisfied and will continue to use them in our office.

we just recently moved to an upgraded facility and had ADT alarms service installed all over our facility and they were installed very quickly and efficiently and also their employees were very friendly. the cost was fairly high for installation but the security is well worth it. we have ran a few practice fire and burglary alarms and the siren is very loud which is very safe for everyone to hear and evacuate quickly.

We use ADT as building security at our gym. It works great and we have never ran into a problem with the system that has been installed at our gym. We have had a few break ins when it is closed, to which our ADT system, quickly alerted the authorities. ADT additionally has excellent customer service, and will quickly send someone out if a problem or flaw occurs in the system.

We contracted ADT to provide security at our new facilities. The sales staff was extremely easy to work with and we were presented with a variety of solutions. Once in place, there were a few kinks to work out so the system was working correctly, but after that, perfectly seamless. Expert staff and customer service are the reason why we chose ADT and will continue to enlist their services.

Use ADT for monitored burglar alarm only, for a small med device company. System was in place when we leased building, but we had it upgraded. Several false alarms which were handled appropriately by ADT, until we could identify and fix the motion sensor issue.

I am glad we purchased this service and it's reliable. However, do invest in time setting it up.

We've used adt security system at my company for many years. The quality of their security is superb. They are maintained and serviced regularly. The customer service at adt is also very good.

We have a ADT system at both my jobs. I use them when opening and closing. Very easy to use. Very user friendly. Customer services can be great at times.

We use these security firm for alarms and patrol of our facilities. The area we are in has many buglarized businesses. So, this is a reliable firm we can trust and feel comfortable our building is safe.
