Industry leader in welding gas supplies. They sell a wide selection of gases in various tank sizes. They cater to small to larger companies or even private users. You can select to rent a tank or purchase your own tank. If you purchase your own tank you can just go back to air gas to get it refilled. Same with rental but you will have to pay additional rental fee. They have regulators there that you can purchase which you will most certainly need. The sales reps and techs there are very helpful and I have always picked their brain on various welding tools that they sell there and they have. Their prices are a comparable to other welding gas supply stores that I've seen. Nothing special nothing terrible but just standard pricing. Customer service is great and always a pleasant experience dealing with them.

Airgas supplies all of the gases that we use in-house. We have 3 large tanks that we use in our machine shop area that we use for welding and other things. We also have a couple tanks in our clean room facility for pure pressurized air. Excellent supplier in the sense that they always have refills available for us whenever we come to pick up new tanks. No waiting, no redirecting us to other sites, no fuss. Just simple and straight to the point. They sell all sorts of tools at their shops too from shields, regulators, fittings, etc. I have always found what i needed at their store and if i couldn't find exactly what i needed, they would be able to point me in the right direction.

Strengths: Airgas is a wholesale compressed gas company we used to supply our inert welding gasses and oxy/acetylene torch mixes. They have a wide range of cylinder sizes to suit your company's gas needs. We use C25 and straight argon for ferrous and aluminum welding. They are a great company to deal with, have a huge network of distribution points and milk run delivery. Their cylinders are always in good condition and up to date on hydro tests. If you don't like the cylinder delivered, the driver will swap it out. Valves seem to be in good shape as well. They have a wide range of other gasses as well, including medical grade oxygen and liquid oxygen carboys, but we have no need for them.

Needs to improve: Company owned cylinders cannot be swapped out unless you are with airgas.

Our company purchases large quantities of compressed gas from Airgas. We use this compressed gas in our assembly divisions. Since we buy in large amounts we get great deals at wholesale prices. Since their cylinder sizes come in a wide variety it makes it easy to find the amount your looking for. Their customer service is very professional and polite, and drivers are the same. Their good at what they do. Turnaround times are quick and when you buy in bulk you can't beat the prices. Would definitely recommend.

They are a great company to deal with and have a huge network of distribution points. Their cylinders are always in good condition and we have never had any issues with them. Strengths: The customer service department at Airgas was quick to respond to service requests. Rates were reasonable and drivers were always prompt and courteous for deliveries. Airgas reps were helpful in converting gas lines and equipment from previous service. Excellent choice for professional, on-time service and competitive prices.

Needs to improve: During the time that we conducted business with Airgas, the only downside was having to sign an annual contract. We preferred to have month to month service but so many service companies are asking for contracts. In the end, Airgas provided excellent service so having a contract was not an issue.

Designing products and processes for the medical device industry requires use of various types of inert gas. Sometimes the liquid form is needed, in my experience, Airgas has always been able to support my R&D needs.

Strengths: Very responsive to R&D needs, Airgas will delivery various inert gas almost immediately and willing to work with you to identify grade of gas. They always have in stock all the needed pressure regulators, tubing and flow controllers.

Needs to improve: Most of my experience was positive except for the time there was a missing cert for the 5 different gases delivered. Took a few days to resolve, but was eventually straightened out.

When I worked as a small store manager, we would use Airgas to come and refill are Natural Gas tanks so the store could stay hot and keep on running. They have great gas delivery systems as their trucks show up almost right away and quickly refill your tanks. They also have incredible prices on their gases and their fillup times, and are a truly great company that I highly recommend. They also have lots of types of gas, so just feel free to ask if they have the type that you need.

I have used Airgas throughput my career in the medical device industry. They have just about any type of compressed gas that you may need. Customer service is great to work with. They will even remember you and your needs if you are repeat customer. We usually get our gas supply the next day but if you really need it and order early on the morning, don't be surprised f they get it to you the same day. Highly recommended. Weve been using their products for years and we can assure you that they have a very high quality products. Customer Service Representatives are very dependable, very polite and all of the employees are very reliable throughout the entire process. I think no one can beat the products and the prices too. Highly recommended!

Strengths: I can say that Airgas has a great overall service with high quality products. They meets deadlines with fast turnaround times. It is much cheaper if you compare it with the other suppliers beacuse of their quality service.

Purchased oxygen from Airgas for several years with no issues. During a normal review of vendors, we discovered that local companies were offering prices between 10-20% cheaper for same product. As I have previously mentioned, the difference in price can also be seen in slower response to requests for service by the cheaper local provider.

We have always been satisfied with Airgas and their products. They are a very reliable company.

Strengths: We use Airgas as the primary supplier for our medical grade oxygen we use on our firedepartmetn and paramedic rigs. They provide both prefilled d and e sized portable cylinders as well as large bulk sized cylinders we use to field refill our bottles. They have great customer service, rapid order fulfillment and quality products. The delivery drivers are super helpful and always get the product delivered as expected.

Airgas has supplied Argon, Nitrogen, CO2, Compressed Air for the companies I have been. At every place, their service is reliable, consistent, and quick. They are reliable in picking-up empty tanks and deploying filled ones, as well as being quick to resolve any issues we had (unexpectedly depleting tanks and replacing them). Prices are competitive with competition and what you would expect for such services.

We use Airgas USA, LLC to purchase chemicals. They offer a wide range of biological products that you can choose from. The orders are easy to place and delivered on time. Prices are pretty fair and reasonable. Sales representatives is extremely helpful in our project needs.They are great to work with and we will continue to use them as a vendor.
