The worker for the trash pick up are good guy. The guys that come for the blue recycle dumpster are the ones that cant follow simple directions

Strengths: Come 3 days a week. Roll out the dumpsters to truck than roll them back to their locations under the chute openings. Come bright and early. Never miss a day. Great customer service. When your dumpster get bad and rotted away will bring a new one.

Needs to improve: I've asked them to leave the kids open before they push them back to the location. This seems to hard for them to comprehend. Won't pick up trash bags and put them into dumpster before rolling it out to the dump truck. Guys block the driveway into the complex with their dump truck. They never collect our green bins yet just relaxed they charge use for it.

All we care about is that they come when they're supposed to, are on time and get the job done. 3 for 3.
