Overall, we've had a good experience with Amex. It's reliable and they have good reporting tools. Whenever we've had issues with disputed charges it's been resolved in a timely manner. The fees are higher than other providers.

Strengths: Reliable, better customer service than other providers, good reporting tools.

Needs to improve: Higher fees than competitors and not accepted everywhere.

We were issued Amex cards for all of our corporate travel. The card services were good and accepted just about anywhere. The customer service was not all that helpful when trying to resolve disputed charges.

Strengths: Credit cards

Needs to improve: full balance at the end of the month
