They are a global staffing agency. Good option for filling temp roles. I would recommend using them in addition to other agencies.

Needs to improve: There is a lack of depth in any one expertise area. They have a lot of quantity but not always what you're looking for.

They are a reliable and professional staffing agency. They are extremely responsive to your needs and try to match you with the best candidates. Overall, I would recommend their service.

Overall I would consider using this agency to get access to more candidates. I wouldn't rely on them solely. You can use them in conjunction with other hiring channels. You may find some talented candidates but requires time on your end.

We used them for clinical research for sleep apnea. The technology was easy to use and the results were easy to interpret. Their customer support team is also very helpful in answering questions or changing the data collection process.

Needs to improve: They only specialize in certain types of clinical studies so we can't use them for all of our testing needs.

We used their technology solution to help manage our clinical studies. They have great customer support and help you with the initial setup and ongoing needs as you start new studies. The software is reliable and we've had no major issues.

Needs to improve: It takes a while for us to set up the system for different studies. They are helpful in getting you set up but still is time consuming process.

We used Medpace for phase I development. They were a reliable team and provided sound results. They also look to help you save more money in the later stages which we appreciated.

Strengths: Research is thorough and they keep you in the loop throughout the entire development process. Generally very smart and expert team.

Needs to improve: They are good for early stage development. Cannot speak to later stage development.

They are more creative and faster at solving problems than other companies I've worked with. We used them for clinical development for phase II and III. They have access to a lot of different geographies and demographics as well.

Strengths: Innovative, flexible, and faster at solving problems than other companies I've worked with.

Needs to improve: More expensive and time consuming process that requires a lot of engagement.
