ADP

Using ADP is made easy because there are tons of codes to remember, however, for most jobs you only need to know up to 10 three digit codes in order to complete the task at hand. I have used ADP for both accounting and for the car servicing department and both of which are extremely user friendly. The system prompts you for whatever it needs and you are never left to guess which information to input. For example, if you needed to input a Repair Order Number, the system would ask specifically for it. Also, most of the codes you need to know are not hard to memorize because they are usually acronyms for the action you need. For example, if you need to "Final Close" a repair order, the code you input is "FC" which stands for the same action you are completing.

Strengths: ADP Drive was a great tool when being used for service write ups in the automotive industry. It made it easy to keep eachother in check. When the people who needed to close and file the repair orders (like myself) needed to see if they were ready to be done, all you needed to do was log in to ADP. this way, the busy service advisors could continue helping customers while the file clerks did their job.

Needs to improve: If something is accidentaly closed before it is supposed to be, ADP makes it difficult to get back in and change things around.

Satisfactory service and products. Good not great.

Strengths: We contracted with ADP for payroll services for many years. Overall, the provided satisfactory service, managing to pay our employees on a regular basis. Their accounting was accurate and the management of the database of employee records was good. It was a time saver for our payroll clerks.

Needs to improve: They were not able to custom adapt certain portions of the leave accural summary of employees paychecks related to a negotiated contract. Once, all data for a weeks worth of payroll was lost. This required a huge amount of work for inhouse staff to recover. As a big company, they have a one size fits all approach and try and adapt their product to fit your needs. While this works the majority of the time, it de-personalizes payroll. Can be difficult to get in touch with customer support.

In a very large company like we have, I can honestly say that in terms of payroll,time-keeping, tax and benefits administration ADP helps us a lot. They maintain the highest levels of data security and privacy, and educate and empower us to take measures to reduce risk. They are not just providing data services and technologies: they are also helping clients makes better business decisions. Their staffs are great and well cooperative and accommodating.

Needs to improve: no weakness

Our school currently uses ADP for our school. We just brought this system in and I have to say that I love being able to look up my information and have a place to go to to obtain any pay stubs I may need. I'm also able to go in and change my personal information (new address) and keep track of my W-2 withdrawals or change what I want to claim. I don't feel I have to inconvenience the human resource department every time I want some information. Great resource that we have put into place for our human resources and payroll :)

Needs to improve: I have yet to experience any weaknesses with utilizing ADP within our system.

We have contracted with ADP for the Payroll system to pay our employees, they are extremely good at this. They have excellent customer service, in house expertise, and a large variety of payroll product sizes based off the size of your company. Their product is extremely fast at payroll/paycheck production and makes it so you can pay your employees within a few days instead of a few weeks. Their system also eliminates the need for a punch clock in, and can easily be done on the computer. I highly recommend them for payroll/paycheck services.

Strengths: ADP has the fastest payroll payouts and additionally have it at excellent price. They also have great customer service.

Needs to improve: None

ADP customer service is outstanding. They are always helpful and knowledgeable to any questions or concerns I have. ADP has always given 100% when I have had to deal with customer service.

Strengths: ADP is a great company, we used ADP for our payroll for our company. We have a staff of 50 plus and more then 75% use ADP to have there paycheck direct deposited. ADP makes it fast and simple to get your money when you need it. All the perks of having a bank account with out any of the hassle.

Needs to improve: I would like to see more options for loading money onto your ADP card besides just payroll.

Excellent customer service for our employees and our representatives. If we had a slight change, they were able to implement it quickly and efficiently. Two big thumbs up!

Strengths: We use ADP Payroll Services for our employees. Their product is top notch and easy to use. Our account manager was very understanding to our needs and was very insightful. Their services is always available and can be checked on at any time of the day. We can trust ADP for many years to come.

Needs to improve: Nothing. Very easy to use.

In general they are very professional and easy to work with. I think they should work on their customer service. I mean it was 9:00 PM at work and I wanted to go home but I was stuck with some guy from ADP answering my questions on the phone, and I wasn't getting great answers.

Needs to improve: If you have any questions they don't give very informational and accurate answers. There reports aren't very clear.

My company works with the ADP as they give great services to us employees. Their customer service is friendly and knowledgeable that is willing to help us if we needed. Their services and promos are really wonderful. This vendor is really reliable and outstanding than others. Trough entire time i like this vendor very much and I highly recommend this!

Have had fine experience with getting paid and money tracking/reporting. Have not had an enjoyable experience with the eetime vacation/sick hours tracking program.

Strengths: Always get paid on time, no errors.

Needs to improve: EETime vacation hours tracking program really needs some work. Not intuitive at all. Difficult to get the eetime software to help you project your vacation balances in the future. There are buttons that make you think you could generate projections but the results are strange.

Strengths: ADP Payroll Svc is amazing !! there online service is perfect for me, whether I need to check on my 401 K or something as simple as looking at the hours I put in over the week it works perfectly.

Needs to improve: customer service could have helped me out a little more with all the online features, other than that I was very pleased

ADP offers exceptional services. They take good care of our payroll processing, taxes, and even workers comp. Their HR department is excellent. They answer any/all of your questions - even ones you didn't know you had. They make running payroll easy and seamless. My only issue is the price. It seems to increase year after year, but it's worth it. Overall, great products and services.

We use ADP Payroll services as the way to pay our employees they are easy to contract out through and make payment of employees easy and hassle free. ADP allows are employees to easily clock in and clock out and quickly keeps track of their hours and easily allows us to disperse paychecks at the end of the pay period. I recommend them as a payroll service provider.

Switched over to ADP because we wanted more functionality. They have reasonable pricing as well. Training was provided and we were up and running in just a day. Very easy to add and remove employees. Lost of information you can put into the system. They have multiple types of packages you can choose from.

Strengths: Customer Service/Sales Rep is very good. Easy to learn. Easy to use. Online use is great. Scalable system.

We have used ADP as our payroll company for years now and have always been on time and correct for a company that has over 50 staff to have never had a payroll discrepency as long as i have been running it is unheard of! GREATEST PAYROLL COMPANY BAR NONE!!!

These are what we use as for our payroll systems. The data's and informations are accurate and dependable. Our paycheck is always on time. I use it for direct deposit and it is fast and easy. I always get my paycheck bi-weekly every friday.

We used ADP to handle our entire payroll and time card management process. They did everything for us which really saved us from having to maintain a payroll department. ADP provided accurate and hassle free service. They even managed employee vacation and sick days and provided updated information with each paycheck.

Strengths: Excellent customer service and comprehensive payroll and hour management system.

Needs to improve: Services can be rather costly.

Not quite happy compared to Paychex.

Exceptional service, W-2 forms were available to print out, before they were mailed.

Strengths: They have an easy to use app for Iphone and Android phones and ipads. Convenient to use,everything at your finger tips. Your information is available before you receive your check.

Needs to improve: I haven't found one...everything you need from your payroll is there, from W-2 forms, vacation/sick leave balance, all deductions, and previous monthes too.

ADP is well known throughout many industries. If a company is going to outsource their payroll or HR, many of them use ADP.

Needs to improve: Our company has not used any competitor, so can not make any comparison. So far, we have no complaints regarding the services ADP provides to our company.
