American Polyfilm is a custom polyurethane film producer. We produce aromatic polyester and polyether TPU films as well as aliphatic TPU films. American Polyfilm offers lead time as short as two weeks or less in some cases. We have small minimum-order sizes, typically of 300 lb. or smaller in some products. All this while maintaining the capacity to fill large orders.

American Polyfilm services an enormous variety of industries. We currently produce film-based adhesives as well as FDA approved and fire retardant films up to 78" in width. We produce films for the aerospace, medical, textile, marine, and food service industries. Barrier films as well as tank liners and high performance packaging are other market sectors we service.

American Polyfilm is a family owned and operated corporation with its corporate office and manufacturing facility located in Branford, Connecticut. In addition to the Connecticut locations, we have sales offices in the mid-west and Tennessee. With 10 years in the polyurethane film business, we have developed our expertise in producing made-to-order blown and cast polyurethane films from 0.75 mil (20µ) to 80 mil (2000µ), up to 78” (2 m) wide.
