Although it is hard to donate blood, the staff was very calm and gave all employees a pleasant experience.

Needs to improve: nothing. They always do a great job, follow-up every few months, and are very helpful when accomodating a large group.

They were very professional individuals that drew our blood and provided excellent first aid. It was a very successful blood drive and we would do it again.

The field techs have been great in teaching and providing First Aid certifications.
