Excellent customer service
Strengths: ASP Incorporated manufactures collapsible batons and other law enforcement related safety equipment. They have innovative and cost effective products which are used extensively throughout our department. ASP collapsible batons allow an officer to carry a baton on his duty belt and not be burdened by a full size baton while getting in and out of his patrol vehicle. Their batons are well made and long lasting. Customer service is good and provides replacement parts and good warranty.
Needs to improve: Less impact force then conventional batons.
