Strengths: The best thing is I was able to get insurance for my business, and company vehicles as well as personal auto insurance as well as home insurance all in 1 shabang. Didnt have to deal with multiple insurance agency's.

Needs to improve: Sometimes they are a little tough to get ahold of.
