I think they have decent quality products, I really wish they would bring there prices down, they are priced some what high. I do still order from them because it is so convenient

Strengths: Very knowledgeable sales people always will to help me out. They sent me a free shirt on my First initial buy in purchase order which really suprised me.

Needs to improve: There pricing is some what high. I believe this is there biggest weakness. The only other weakness when my order arrives incomplete and instead of notifying me prior to shipping my order they just ship my order and on packing slip it just shows the items as 0 shipped. I would really appreciate a heads up prior shipping instead of expecting my complte order to arrive only to find out some items are back ordered.

There service is great even though I only spend about 200 to 300 a month. They treat great and that's hard to find now a days.

Strengths: My first order I really dropped the ball and ordered 40 sets of m-pact 2 gloves not knowing they would be impossible for my guys on the line to use. Well long story short Timmy took care of me and let me return them and switch over to the fast fit gloves instead.

I met Bradley at the sema trade show in Las Vegas, NV. I was amazed at the show they put on in there booth. Basically using UV lights to show how filthy my hands were and how clean they were after using Germ-X.

Strengths: They are great prices are on par with the industry. I was using a different brand prior and Germ-X prices are comparable.

Needs to improve: Only problem I have had is getting the refills for the bathroom dispensers can some times be a pain in the you know what.

Gorilla Glue is great to have on hand I can't tell you how many times it has saved my behind. Either for emergency repair or for prototyping. I can always count on my Gorilla Glue.

Strengths: There biggest strength is there glue. They are all very friendly people, every order I place is shipped in a timely Manor and I have never had any problems with with my orders.

Needs to improve: The only weakness I can think of is there shipping charges are a little high, and even if I want to use my own shipping there is a $20 packing and handling fee.

I have had a great relationship with the guys at dewalt over the years. There prices are a little hight but you pay for what you get.

Strengths: They are very good with taking care of warranty issues. I have only had to have 2 items warrantied but both time no questions asked they even sent replacement part prior to ms shipping damaged part.

Needs to improve: Prices a really a little high and sometimes my orders take a little longer to ship then I would like.

I have been purchasing direct from wd-40 for the past 9 years. They are so easy to deal and always give me that follow up call to make sure my order arrived and is correct.

Strengths: Very friendly staff, they always call before my order is pulled to check if I need to add any more items. Then they call again after my order is delivered to make sure there are no problems with the order.

Needs to improve: I have not came across any weakness.

Friendly customer service. I feel Roger went out of his way to provide me with the best rates possible for all of my policies.

Strengths: The best thing is I was able to get insurance for my business, and company vehicles as well as personal auto insurance as well as home insurance all in 1 shabang. Didnt have to deal with multiple insurance agency's.

Needs to improve: Sometimes they are a little tough to get ahold of.

I have always been very please with there service. They prices tend to be a little higher then there competitors but is made up for with customer service.

Strengths: Staples usually has everything I need in stock amd there printing service have excelent turn around time. Quality products.

Strengths: I can tell you Crescent has a great warranty on there tools, the employees are very friendly and helpful.

Needs to improve: The actual tools them selves are what I have a problem with. I have been using snap-on for the past 5 years and I figured let me give Crescent a try. There prices are great and they have a great warranty. Sorry to say the tools are no good. It is a hassel to constantly have to be ordering warranty replacements.

Strengths: Tablets have great security options to prevent my employees for using the tablets for anything other then I specify. My 300+ employees were not very happy to find out the tablets can only be used for what I specify.

Needs to improve: Price, Price, Price

Great service, always accurate.

Strengths: ADP does all my payroll, for over 250 employees. They are always accurate, and for employees who recieve paper checks they alway arrive on time.

Needs to improve: Prices are a little high. But I guess with the quality customer service and accuracy It is worth it.

Great customer service they always keep me updated on my orders via email.

Strengths: I use Small Parts Inc to purchase telescoping tubing and bearings. The quality is always consistent, I was buying bearings from a different supplier and they were never consistent.

Needs to improve: Sometimes the telescoping tubing is not always available to ship. Other than that A+

Everything has been great. Orders are always accurate, and ship when I am told they are shipping.

Strengths: I use CRC for cleaning supplies. All my technicians both in house and mobile are required to clean all there tools and power tools dailey, so when we have the big shots from the automobile manufacturers drop in for a visit we always look professional and clean. I also use CRC supplies to clean our office computers.

Needs to improve: None

Strengths: All of my technicians out on the field are provided with AT&T Cell phones. I have always been able to get through to my employees when needed ajd have not had any complaints about the service from my employees

Overall I am very pleased. My rep is usuaply dropping in at least once a month to check on us and brings lunch for my employees roughly every other month.

Strengths: UPS is always reliable and on time with all my important overnight packages to the auto manufactures I work with. I have using them 6 + years and have never had any trouble with them at all.

Needs to improve: Very rarley the shipping price will end up being higher than I was quoted. My rep tells me that there own quotes are not 100% accurate.

There service is standard, no complaints. Also nothing to compliment.

Strengths: Great quality power tools that last. I use them on my production floor for all my staff. As well as provide Ryobi power tools to all my mobile installers. At first alot of my technicians were not to thrilled when I notified them of switching from a competitors brand. But once they tried them out suddenly the complaints stopped. All my guys are very happy with Ryobi

There staff has always been available to help out when ever there are issues. Majority of the issues were in the first 3 months with all my employees learning how to use it.

Strengths: I have been using kronos for all my job sites for a little over a year. The thing I like most is all my employees can log in from any computer or smart phone and verify time sheets, check therw up coming schedules, see who else is working what days incase the need to request a swap. All my employees are very happy with kronos, once they fully learned how to use it.

Needs to improve: It does take some time to fully learn all the functionality of Kronos, how ever once you get the hang of it, its well worth it.

I once had fraudulent charges on my paypal debit master card. They took care of it immediately. Very impressed.

Strengths: Paypal is great to use for most of my purchase orders that will except it. Now a days I dont feel safe giving a company credit card over the phone, and mailing a check will delay my orders upto 1 week.

Needs to improve: They do charge fees for using paypal.

I started off dealing with robbie who kind of rubbed me the wrong way. So I called and requested a new rep, and let me tell you that was the best decision I have made. A+ customer service. I was told robbie is no longer with the company.

Strengths: I use Molex for water proof connectors while installing oem running boards for a few auto manufactures. They are better than the connectors the factory provides. I also purchase bulbs sockets that are oem quality at a fraction of the cost.
