Their IV catheters are awful. All of the patients complain that they hurt compared to our old brand. They do not allow for any wiggle room and often take more than one stick to get a line. They are very cheap!! Don't be fooled. the iv tubing is thick and always in the way. Blood drawing is difficult and often blood gets hemolyzed. The dressing is a joke with the foam piece to "stabilize". Do not purchase these!!!! And you will lose money because most get thrown out because it takes more than one to get a stick.

we use BBraun for their drop/IV bags as well as their remade solutions for home infusion. we also use their multi-electrolytes and KCL solutions as well. They offer a lot of other tools and instruments used in the medical and pharmaceutical fields ranging from safety huber needles, IV sets/catheters, needlessness connectors and needlestick prevention. we also have an infusion department in which we use B Braun tools for that sector. their DUPLEX delivery system is one we primarily use. it is a two-compartment flexible IV containers that stores pre-measured drug and diluents. it has the fold and squeeze method to mix the pharmaceuticals prior to administration. their bags also have automated charting via barcoding and can be stored at room temperature which is cost-saving

B Braun Medical supplied check valves and syringes as part of our product, with an option to supply sterile. The components were of excellent quality, no known damages to components were noticed during my time supporting the product. Their quality system is of the highest medical device standards. Just one minor drawback was their response times with questions we had as well as their leadtimes and prices, but all in a trade-off with high quality.

They currently our one of our vendors for our IV sets and kits and also our catheter kits that are use for our dialysis machines for treatment of the patients. Always satisfied with their products especially the catheter kit switch are an important part of the system.
