BAE Systems

We use BAE systems for chemical analysis of our medical devices and products. We have been using them to help develop and improve our process development and assembly line efficiency. Their customer service has been fantastic and I have always been happy with the service we received from them. We send our products out to RI to have them test them and they return the product quickly with a nicely written report that is concise and straight to the point with all the information that we need to make adjustments on our end. They are great on pricing and even make suggestions for us if we are struggling to meet our own goals. Give them a shot and I'm sure you will come out pleased with their service.

We have been using BAE systems for years for chemicals and chemical analysis. They have been a tremendous help with improving our process development and assembly line efficiency. They have great products and offer a tremendous service for us. Their customer staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. Their pricing scheme is very fair. They do not have any issues spending extra time with you making sure that all your questions are answered. I have only had great experiences working with them and would not have any reservations recommending them to others for use.

It is a very large company with many layers. NIK/Armor holdings is only a small division of this company. Usually we purchase/contract via a 3rd party supplier.

Strengths: We use NIK brand presumptive drug testing equipment, a BAE subsidiary. Their systems are accurate and and easy to use. They have easy to understand field instruction and the package is designed to be manipulated by officer's with gloved hands. The test's require only a very small sample and a positive test is clearly defined. They have a wide range of tests for most narcotic street drugs.

Needs to improve: Packages can sometimes break in field conditions, rendering individual tests void.

My start up uses Bae to procure various products for the testing of our medical devices prototypes. The chemicals we ordered help gives achieve accurate results that lead to a quality product. They have decent pricing and quick turnaround on processing and shipping. Their customer service team is top notch and very knowledgeable of their product lines. We have had a great experience and will continue to use them.

I've used bae on several occasions for material. I've used their sem images for reports and also had them conduct material composition analysis, which I ended up submitting to the FDA. I'm pleasantly surprised that they have competing prices for being a large company who mainly works with the government.

We've contracted BAE systems to conduct some material analysis for our R&D project. They deliver a quality work product as their team is well versed in industry matters. Extremely thorough and professional, customer service was great as they were always available to address our concerns. Great value and will continue to contract.

Bae has been my go to place for material testing and analysis for multiple projects. The reports they send back to me and my team end up being the ones we send out to the FDA for approval because they are very good.

This facility has become my go to location to get materials analysis testing performed (SEM, FTIR, auger, optical, etc.). The staff is excellent and supportive and the pricing is excellent. Can't complain about that!

a great materials test lab to go to for your materials analysis. the pricing here is surprisingly cheap for a large capable resource. highly recommended. the staff is very knowledgeable and very friendly and accommodating as well

haven't had any issues with my parts evaluated by the staff at BAE. i've used them for SEM and the pricing has been very reasonable and good turn.

They have multiple locations and many capabilities. They work closely with the military, so getting into the facility is somewhat cumbersome, but they’re work is great.
