I feel very secure that my office is monitored by bay alarm. The control panel is very easy to use, arming and disarming is a breeze. With the system Bay Alarm installed, I am able to monitor my office from home and when I work late, I feel very secure that help will be on the way very fast if anything goes wrong.

Strengths: Bay Alarm provides very reliable security alarm services for commercial buildings. 24 hour monitoring, cctv, video verified response and very reasonably price for services.

Used Bay Alarm at a mid-sized manufacturer with a single shift and high value inventories. They completely outfitted the building, designing the system when it was a shell prior to build-out. Eventually, we had them install a data logging exterior video system as well.

Strengths: Many levels of monitored alarm services for commercial businesses including fire and break-in alarming with or without drive-by overnight security or on-site security.

We moved to a new facility and requested quotes from various security firms. Although we're small, we have a good amount of valuable equipment that we'd need to monitor at all hours since we often have erratic work schedules as well. While we didn't go with Bay Alarm, they provided competitive quotes, addressed our questions immediately and offered great follow up.
