Bridgeport is the industry standard in milling machines. I haven't worked an engineering job where we haven't had Bridgeport knee mill. I have worked on machines that were old enough to have been used by my grandfather early in his career and they still worked reliably. They will last forever if maintained.

I cant think of one shop I visited or worked at that didn't have at least one Bridgeport knee mill. That is because the Bridgeport mill is THE standard by all other mills are measured, Easy to maintain, very accurate, and will last decades.

Highly recommend. Market leader.
Strengths: I am not a machining expert but knows machining well to do small jobs. I have had an opportunity to use Bridgeport at two different instances and these have been excellent. Easy to operate and use.
