Brookdale Plastics

Brookdale Plastics was used as a secondary source for future production. They were able to supply us quotes, tooling and prototypes for our existing thermoformed trays. The tooling had to have a couple of updates before it was finalized for production - due to some issues arise from the documentation. Once the bugs were worked out, they have become a good supplier that can meet our demand cycles. They can adjust the build cycle fairly easy and it is a real time saver. We will continue to us them in the future for existing builds and new builds as they arise.

Needs to improve: We used them for a second source for our plastic thermoformed trays and the RFQs took longer then was expected. We had to touch base with them a few times to get a response.

We've worked with them for a few months now, so my experience has been from initial partnership to initial impressions. So far I've been very happy with the results Brookdale has been able to provide. We gave them specifications on a packaging request we had and they were able to deliver based on our requirements and their estimate on turn time. They were very good at asking questions to make sure they understood exactly what we needed and they actually made some recommendations we hadn't thought about. Overall it's been a good experience and we will continue to use them.

Excellent experience when we went through them for thermoforming ,the pries were very competitive .but we had no issues because their service was right on key and the job was done well .if we need more thermoforming done this is where we will continue to come in the future.the staff was great and very knowledgable when we were asking several questions about their many services they offer .over all great experience.

We wanted something unique for our product. A package that will help it stand out but not take away from the product. Brookdale did it and it was outstanding. We could not have been more happier. They followed our parameters and followed through with our design ideas and suggestions and it looks great. We are very happy with the final product.

They were quite good at coming up with a design that incorporates all of our wishes in a very timely manner. The speed of service was great. Look forward to taking this project forward with them.
