We contracted Dielectrics because we needed rapid prototyping in a short amount of time. They were competitively priced and very accommodating to our needs. We were impressed by the responsiveness of their team and ultimately decided to work with them. At Dielectrics they house innovative technology that allowed our prototypes to be done on time and shipped right away. Customer service kept us updated throughout the entire process. Our prototypes came out exactly how we imagined it. Our clients were equally impressed. Overall we're very satisfied with out experience working with them and will continue to do so. we reached out to Dielectrics for their rapid prototyping service. their innovative technology allows for a very quick turnaround of welding prototype structures. their iterations can be executed in a few days and if you are a smaller company with not a lot of resources, their prototyping service also offers lab, staffing and design services - all of which we used during our prototyping process. we will continue to use Dielectrics for our welding prototyping needs as their service is great and their turnaround time is extremely quick

We first came across Dieletrics when we searched for someone that could do ultrasonic welding. Upon looking through their bio and with word of mouth from companies at trade shows we decided to contact them and see if we can work together. We wanted a specific way to manufacture our product. Dielectrics was up to the task and did it well. They created such a beautiful prototype for us that we went ahead and contracted with them for production and have not looked back since.

Visit their facility they have a lot of capabilities.

Strengths: Heat Sealing, Bonding and Packaging. We used them for designing a particular bladder for our medical device. They wound up doing the whole assembly which included sewing, heat sealing, and packaging. We then tranferred the assembly to their China partner.

Needs to improve: Quoting process can take time.
