I use canon cameras for work as well as for personal use. The cameras have a great balance of price, quality, functionality. They have been instrumental for many projects i've needed the use of a camera and video capabilities for some analytical work. Video quality is very good and meets all my needs

Strengths: Canon printers has been one of our company's first choice to provide outmost results. They are high quality products at a very competitive price. The Canon company have been perfected their products that gives them the edge on their brand and products that makes them popularly known worldwide.

Needs to improve: Can't think of any

Purchased and used DR-2080 desktop scanner to support paperless office initiative. 7 years and hundreds of thousands of pages later it is still working well.

Strengths: Reliable and easy to use commercial grade image scanners. Robust software packages to complement the hardware.

Needs to improve: About 25% more expensive than similar quality brands. Finding drivers for legacy devices is difficult.

I've never had any problems with our company camera. We use it to photograph certain things to keep on record or notify vendors of issues.

Strengths: Great cameras. Very high quality.

Needs to improve: Prices are pretty good for a basic camera but it gets a little steep when you start upgrading.

When we're studying cycler defects we use a Canon camera to record images/ occurrences of the problem in question. While the auto focus occasionally takes a while to work, in the end the camera does the job its meant to do.

We use Canon cameras (both point and shoot and SLRs) for image acquisitions when we need to add pictures to manufacturing procedure instructions. They are easy to use and easy to transfer from the camera to the computer. Usually there is no additional software needed.

Strengths: Quality products. I've used Canon products for over 10 years and have not had any issues. One printer broke and needed to be replaced but I feel most consumer printers are really cheap anyways.

Our firm uses Cannon color photo printer and copiers to produce our client reports. The end product always comes out with high quality. Only downside is the machine is on the higher end price side.

We use Canon 60D for all out photobooths. They work really well and are durable. Lots of 3rd party lenses are available. Really good quality prints.
