Cardinal is an essential link in the healthcare supply link as they are one of our main suppliers for our pharmaceutical products. we have a cardinal rep who works with us specifically when we have questions about inventory, discontinued items, backorder status. their online ordering portal is very easy to use - one of the most user friendly systems in the industry. during operating hours, they have services representatives you can speak to regarding special products you or your patient wants to order, or anything about the status of specific manufacturers. they have a program called CardinalASSIST which is an automated inventory replenishment system which has been very cost and time saving for our pharmacy.

my pharmacy used to have an account with Cardinal health as our sole pharmaceutical supplier. our sole reason for switching to the vendor we use currently is the savings we are able to have. however, the ordering system, customer service and ability to call a representative during operating hours was great. all these services offered by cardinal are services our currently vendor lacks so i give cardinal high remarks for these
