we are a small company that contracts out our inspections to DIL in an effort to keep our cost as lean as possible. their northern california office is close to our office and we heard good things about the job they do from others in our industry who also use them. we use DIL for statistical process control studies and first article inspections. so far, we have been very satisfied with the results. we have used them 3 times in the past 6 months. their fees are very reasonable and they provide the provide in a timely manner. so far so good and we will continue to use DIL for our inspection needs in the future

We used Dimension Inspection Labs in R&D Engineering to dimensionally check two critical components. They are a great company to use when we need parts dimensionally inspected and our internal quality inspection is overbook or takes to long. Anyway, they supply us with a detailed list for FAI, COCs, etc... Their paperwork is always top notch and comes with a drawing that has been ,marked up to indicated all dimensions have been accounted for. There a professional company and we will continue to use in the future for our overload dimensional needs.

Rather quick turnaround around for the thorough report and they were always available for us to ask questions. Quality results and even better experience due to the client interaction.

We subcontracted DIL to conduct product quality inspection on some of our smaller scale projects and we find that their service is of quality. Their expertise is remarkable and it shows in the result of their inspection and its result. We were able to correct and adjust some mistakes because of their accurate reporting and analysis.

I've used DIL at a starttup many years ago. We didn't have the capabilites so we used DIL for Non-contact CNC and manual video inspection. They did a good job and provided thorough inspection reports for the various product lots.

the provide inspection services for your parts. we had used them to measure a large quantity of difficult to measure parts as well as number of points. their staff was able to quickly measure it and get our results much faster than we were able to do on our own.

We use this firm for final test of our Coils to assure the bio coat is adhered to the coil as well as the solder ends of the coils to connect to guide/release wire. The processes are reliable and product quality finished products.

Strengths: they are easy to work with, and genrally turn an inspection around very quickly. We had some complex parts on one job, and they were done in 2 days; they found a couple of missed dimensions that we were able to rectify for an on time delivery of product.

Strengths: I had to use DIL to inspect parts with internal dimensions that we couldn't do. They were able to inspect our parts exactly the way I needed, with a good price, and a great turnaround. I would definitely use them again.

a good resource to go to to off-load inspection requirements for a project if your site doesn't have the capabilities or resources to do so. they have provided excellent service and quality/results in the past for some tests i needed performed.

Strengths: Precision measurement services. DIL is very responsive and accommodating for our time-sensitive requests. They are fast and accurate.
