About Central Plastics & Manufacturing

Central Plastics & Mfg is a ISO 13485:2003 and AS 9100 Rev C. Certified Custom plastic injection molder with machine ranging from 24 ton to 800 ton. We have 600 sq ft of state of the art class 8 (100,000) clean room dedicated for medical device manufacturing and mechanical assemblies. We also do thin gauge thermoforming customer products such as robotic trays, Clamshell, Blister pack etc. Material ranging from 0.010" to 0.070" thick. We also have a fully equipped in house tool room where we focus on rapid prototype tooling as well as quick tool modification and maintenance. We also offer secondary operations such as pad printing, hot stamping, sonic weld, mechanical assemblies etc.
