A next-day order for stock springs was not shipped, and the following day they promised to ship it and once again failed. On the third day of no springs I canceled the order but was told that it had already shipped. (Actually, once again it had not shipped.) I told them that at this point the order would be refused. Two days after that the order arrived labeled Next Day Air. I demanded a call tag to send it back and they promised to take care of that and refund the charges billed to my credit card from the initial order. Ten days later there was no call tag or refund, and once again there were empty apologies (Apologizing seems to be the only thing they're competent at) and promises of a call tag. Still waiting...

When doing the research to place the initial order, I also found that their engineers gave the absolute minimum of information, and finding someone who would even give that was a chore. Clearly nobody at Century Spring cares to do a good job. Avoid This Vendor!

Century springs has a wide selection of springs to select from and is suitable as a main supplier for pretty much any industry because of the extremely wide selection of springs they have. We have been using them for multiple devices we manufacture in house and have been pleased with their products, quality, and customer service. Over the phone they are very professional and easy to deal with. We have never had any issues with any of the orders that we have placed. During our quality inspection we have had good yields. They will make custom spring lengths for based on a wide selection of spring rates and material types. Definitely a great company to deal with.

Century Spring Corp offers a wide selection of wire springs: stainless steel, music wire, steel for Compression & Extension. Other types are available, but have not used in any of my applications for either product design or testing. Their pricing has been great, delivery is great, and the quality is excellent. They have a great customer support for R&D Engineering when it comes to developing a spring type to work within certain specifications. Their sales staff can supply the know how, support, quality, specifications, samples and accurate quotes. I have used them over 20 years and expect to keep on using them in the future.

Century Spring is a great place to go if you're in need of a specific spring (spring type, size, spring rate, etc). They have a vast selection of springs and their website have filters so you can quickly narrow down your search. The pricing and checkout process is easy - simply select the spring you want, specify the quantity needed, and add it to the shopping cart. The price of the springs vary and is based on the quantity ordered, the larger the order quantity the lower the price.

Century Spring Corp provided our firm with some custom springs for our manufacturing process and the experience was great. Not only do they have wide selection of springs in their product catalog, they were able to make us custom sizes for some designs that we had. The sales group was very forthright in their capabilities and lead times, and the actual turnaround was really quick. Their pricing was competitive and we definitely anticipate using Century Spring in the future. Solid vendor we recommend to all!

CSC springs makes a wide variety of springs for multiple purposes. We use them for many projects and have had great results using their springs. From standard off the shelf products to customized spring rates/sizes/material, they have them all. CSC is willing to work with you on any project you have. They are smart, professional, and easy to deal with. Pricing is excellent as well. I have no reservations in recommending them for any project you need that requires springs.

We have been contracting with century spring for many years now. We have decided to go with century spring for numerous reasons. For one it is local for us, and they are the only spring company that can make any type of custom spring work for a fair price with top quality. We order over a thousand of springs each month for our production. We love their business ethics and fast shipment!

They have provided us an assortment of springs with quick turnaround since a majority of their parts are in stock. Their wide selection of springs offers a one-stop shop that can't be beat. They also helped us find the ideal spring for our purpose and thus are easy to work with. Highly recommended supplier. I generally speak to a rep rather than sifting through their website.

We order custom fitting springs from Century Spring CORP. We use there springs in our pump door assemblies and they work great. Large selection of spring types, there website allows you to quickly choose the spring type you need. Ordering through the website is fast and efficient. Orders are delivered on time. Customer service is responsive to our needs and willing to work with us to get what we need for our project.

They had great lead-times since they're located in the same area and the parts were in stock! They prices are competitive even with lower quantities (1000 EA and under). We can always rely on their on-time delivery.

Strengths: They have great customer service and RFQ response time. They have a wide selection of springs. Even though they have off-the-shelf springs, they can also design a custom spring for you given your requirements.

Needs to improve: Their online spring selection tool is not as detailed as I would like.

I've had the opportunity to source springs from Century Spring Corp for two of our product lines for the past year. So far we have never had any issues with their products. They have always provided us with quality springs at an affordable cost. Their ordering process is pretty straight forward and they service teams are always available to answer questions. I will continue to source and recommend Century Spring Corp for their quality selection and service.

We contract with Century spring corp to get anchors. They have anchors of all sizes and a variety of them. It meets our needs perfectly. Ordering from them is quick, easy and straight forward. There's not much communication between us and them outside of this is what we want, here's our money. Things are efficient and come on time.

When looking for a specialty spring there is no one else i go to. They have just about every spring you could think of as is evident by their catalog that weighs about 100 lbs! I have not used their custom spring service but I have heard good things about that as well. The catalog has so many products it can be a chore to use.

A local vendor (always a plus for us) that works efficiently. We have been very pleased with Century Spring and will continue to be regular customers. They have a wide selection of springs and also able to make custom sizes and strength springs. Their prices are competitive and sales staff are easy to deal with. They shipped fast as well which is a huge plus for us!

Century spring is one of the industry standards for supplying spring components. I've used them across several of the companies I have been with due to their excellent quality, reliability, and customer service. Not to mention, pricing were competitive and they carry a good amount of inventory in stock, so lead times have been short in my experience. They are easy to work and recommend using their springs.

We order our springs for our pump door assembly's from Century. Never an issue with Century,orders are always on time and correct.

Needs to improve: You will get a better price if your looking to buy in bulk. But not worth it to use their services for just a handful of springs.

We recently ordered some springs to replace some of our more worn springs. They had very accommodating and friendly customer service. The prices for excellent for the types of springs we needed, and the shipments were received very quickly. We will be looking to use Century Springs for all our future spring needs.
