Cincinnati Test Systems (CTS) provides worldwide, technology driven test solutions used by various industries like: Automotive, Heavy Equipment, Consumer Goods, Defense, Industrial Products, Medical Device Industry and others for leak testing on production lines, for clean-room applications, and in R&D Laboratories. There are several methods of leak testing, Pressure/Vacuum Decay Testing Methods, Mass Flow Testing Methods, and Tracer Gas Detection Methods; each with different characteristics that make it favorable for specific applications.
CTS also designs and manufactures leak testing accessories including, CTS Connect seal devices, certified leak and flow standards, Helium leak standards, and Leak Test Instrumentation that is easily integrated into production testing in all manufacturing environments. These instruments include:

I had purchased a Thermotron oven which can cycle parts from high temperature to -20 degrees in less then 5 seconds. However the sales guys didn't tell me the different options that I can upgrade the equipment to. The upgrades would have prevented me from having to go through another vendor and upgrade the system. However the service guys were knowledgeable enough to walk me through the repair and allow me to keep the equipment under warranty.
Strengths: Cincinnati has a great service department. They stand by their product and willing to replace parts when the defect is a reasonable failure
Needs to improve: The sales force needs to be trained by the service department on the different options that you can turn your equipment into. They lack the knowledge that the service personnel have.
We use CTS to help evaluate our assembly and production line for improvements in efficiency and to also point out any flaws that we may have on our line. They are experts when it comes to leak testing. They are one of the few experts that we hire to inspect our facility for improvements in process development as well as meeting quality standards. Their customer staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to get to work with. I have no issues recommending them for others to use. They are great to work with and we will continue to use them as a vendor.

Their staff is extremely skilled and quick to address any leaks or flaws in our process. Great customer service with realistic solutions and suggestions. Cincinnati Test Systems is a world leader in the design and manufacture of standard and custom leak test systems and machines. Leak testing is critical to ensuring proper product quality, safety, and performance. We currently use their equipment for our in house testing of our dialysis machines. They are a little on the pricy side but well worth it.

We use this facility for our catheters and guidewire testing for pressure decay testing, vacuum decay testing, and a host of others. They have a complete testing cycle process for our needs and meets medical device mfg standards.

we have a couple of their electrical testers in the lab and they are extremely reliable. the reading are right on the money with accuracy. their pricing is affordable on all testing equipment. their customer service is very good and shipments are always on time.

This company has a large selection of parts to meet your needs. Wonderful source of connector components that we use for our medical machines. We use them on a daily basis and the quality is great. Customer service has always been helpful when placing orders. They always delivered fast and on time.
