Cleanroom Services & Investigation (CSI)

We contract with CSI to maintain our in-house mfg clean room. They have been an excellent partner to work with from the get go. We have them coming into our facility on a scheduled basis to ensure that the clean room is as clean as it can possible be. Their staff is friendly, knowledgable, and quick to get the job done. Their service is expensive but when cleanliness is of the utmost importance, you really can't a put a price to their service. Highly recommended!

We have had a few contracts with this company to sanitize workstations and equipment on our mfg floor in a cleanroom environment. Always impressed with the end results! We also purchase their cleaning and sanitizing cleansers for daily cleaning of our cleanroom and equipment. You need to you the best to keep a medical device cleanroom environment mfg area sanitized.

Needs to improve: The expertise in cleanroom sanitization can be very expensive!

We contract CSI to do our clean room servicing and are pleased with the results. Quick and efficient, they make sure everything is spotless without impacting our schedule. We also often order their cleaning supplies so we can take care of the easier stuff ourselves. Great customer service, ease of scheduling and a great rate is a reason why we often use CSI. Will be happy to refer.

We depend on CSI to ensure compliance to all relevant regulatory requirements. Every month, CSI conducts inspections to ensure the cleanroom airflow systems, air quality systems, and differential pressure systems are functioning properly. They provide us with meticulous records that have never had any problems in ISO and FDA audits.

Strengths: CSI provides outstanding cleanroom services including inspection, testing and certification. Periodic inspections and audits from CSI ensures compliance to IEST-RP-CC006.3, ISO-14644-1 and FDA requirements.

CSI has been a reliable resource for our cleanroom monitoring and testing needs. They have in fact been a resource at several of the companies I've been in, so you know they are one of the industry standards for establishing and maintaining Cleanroom compliance. Their detailed reports and documentation make it easy for us to show compliance when being audited.

CSI certified two clean rooms (one in CA and one in FL) that we had built from scratch. They continue to test, certify, and do quarterly maintenance on the cleanroom.

Strengths: CSI maintains and test a large open-plenum cleanroom for a major medical device manufacturer I recently worked for. Did everything from certification to changing filters.

We used CSI to get our CER ready for use after installation. They measured and balanced HEPA flow rates to ensure our cleanroom functioned properly. They also performed particle counts as well as surface plate testing on the work surfaces to ensure cleanliness.

We used CSI to qualify our cleanroom. They also maintain our HEPA equipment. CSI has provided good service and has always been on time and has always done a great job. No complaints here.

CSI did the particle count and grow-out for our CER. They also had the equipment to balance HEPA flow and to keep things running smoothly.
