we use clindex software for multiple purposes in our clinical trails. their eClinical system provides clinical data and trial management and electronic data capture. this has provided us a streamline way to capture all of our data and have it accessible in one location preventing an lag time we may encounter and complicated interfaces our employees have to navigate. We were able to implement their system into our private service. However, if that is not an option, they also host this in their cloud system. their system is very flexible making our work very streamlined. while the price is higher than other competitors, the functionality and capability of the software warrants the price. highly recommend.

Strengths: exceptional software for multi-purpose clinical trial database, very frew in its industry that provides the same organization, storage and function, their database and software also provides hosting and development tools

Needs to improve: can be pricey depending on what software you choose but the service they provide and the functionality of its software makes the price reasonable
