I have ordered thousands of tube fittings from Cole-Parmer. I always receive quality products. They are an excellent vendor of Master-flex tubing and peristaltic pumps as well. They have a wide variety of tubing material and sizes. I like their website in that it is easy to navigate and user friendly. There are a few products that I relied on for monthly that were discontinued abruptly without notice. This was unfortunate, most were sourced from B. Braun and I am still searching for a replacement vendor. All in all I would say a great company with quality parts and a vast selection. They are my go-to for tubing and polypro fittings.

Our company ordered a dozen handheld pH testers from Cole Parmer for our field reps in the past. Their supportive sales staff was able to help us find one that was within our budget and suited our needs. They have a huge catalog of products online and they also have access to much more than what is listed from their suppliers. Their customer service team was essential to the sale and we will definitely return to Cole Parmer for future buys and possible for calibration services for our existing equipment. Recommend this vendor for affordable handheld field instruments.

Cole Palmer has provided me with all things related to ab supplies. They are one of the industry standard vendors for lab supplies, equipment, measuring systems. The quality of their products were good and since they have what seems like thousands of items in stock, they are one of the first sites I visit to purchase much needed supplies. Customer service is ok, and can sometimes take more than it should to process an order, but given the vast selection, the convenience is sometimes worth it.

We tried a lot of adhesive out there but most are very specific in what they will and will not stick too. Plus most consumer adhesive have a hard time forming a strong bond. Cole Parmer adhesive is the exception to the rule in that it seems to form a strong bond with just about every surface including flexible and smooth ones. Great place to go when looking for a strong adhesive. This company also provide reliable customer service that can provide information about there products. Overall very satisfied with there company.

cole parmer carries a wide selection of lab equipment and supplies. we mostly use cole-parmer’s peristaltic pump for circulating fluid through our test systems. it’s easy to peruse through their website and they carry all the accessories needed to operate their equipment. the most attractive part about cole parmer is that since they are a large company, they carry a lot of inventory and can ship them out quickly.

They have different kind products that Lab needs. The most expensive product we get from them is peristaltic pump to imitate the blood flow. It was easy to set up and use. We purchase a simple pump, but it last for a long time without having parts replacement. So I would recommend Cole Parmer if you need a pump.

Needs to improve: None really. I suppose the Cole Parmer branded products have far more information than the non-Cole Parmer products (in terms of manuals available when shopping online), which is understandable. That said, I've never really had an issue with their branded products.

Our company purchases a large amount of adhesive and components from Cole Parmer. We use them on our dialysis machines at work on a regular basis. Their adhesive and components are very dependable and of great quality. Their customer service is very knowledgeable and always helps insure your order is accurate. They offer a wide selection of equipment and suppy but my company uses them for their pumps. its very easy to see that they carry a wide range of products that are used by all sorts of compaies. they carry a huge inventory and are fast at shipping the product out to you.

I order a couple of digital clocks from Cole Parmer for our manufacturing floor and one of the items came broken. I contacted their customer service and the staff was extremely helpful in replacing and sending me a new one.
