Very pleased with their ability to take our idea and general product requirements and turn them into a working prototype.

Very pleased with the pleasantness of the staff.

Not pleased with the lack of project management. Did not receive proactive status reports or even the simplest of time lines or budget tracking. No meeting agendas, no action items, no meeting minutes, and no communication when it was clear that they couldn't provide all the planned deliverables on time or on budget.
