Consolidated Electronic Wire

My company contracted Consolidated Electronic Wire to provide us with a custom power cord for our work stations. The external / internal team was great to work with as they provided us with accurate quotes, technical data on our molded power cord requirements. We initially supplied them with our first pass at a control drawing for our power cord, they were able to red-line the drawing, so it would be more fitting for their manufacturing process and still meet our own requirements. This was a great time saver as everything was corrected up front and there was no second guessing - help us reduce delays in the cable process. A great bunch of guys to work with and will continue to use in the future.

Needs to improve: The lead times are a bit long and they have slipped the schedule a couple of times during the development phase. Once the bugs are worked out of the design, the product flows more smoothly through their process.
