Electronic savants here, the technical staff at Bestronics have very strong engineering and electronics background as they were able to figure our our system and needs in a very very quick manner. Very easy to work with, we have been very pleased with our circuit board purchases and mainly our testing services we have bought. Able to diagnose voltage overloads and means of mitigating this to avoid a short charge.

We've only worked with Aven twice, but our experience has been excellent which is why we want to write a positive review based on our experiences. Aven specializes in microscopes and they will have one to fit your exact needs for your facility. Although we were a new customer at the time, their sales staff was still very detailed in describing and recommending certain microscopes for our needs. We have since been able to purchase a microscope that fits our exact needs at a fraction of the cost from other suppliers.

Strengths: Microscopes galore here with lens of all various sizes and clarity.

Caplugs is a great vendor to work with for irregular packaging needs. One of our most popular products requires a irregular yet durable tube shaped packaging . From our past experience, other vendors were either too expensive for quality packaging, or the packaging quality was terrible. Caplugs is able to fit a need for this segment as they provide very very high quality tube packaging at very competitive prices. This is excellent news for us in a time of increasing production costs as we can save on cost of sales.

Kardex is a very easy to use vendor for many of our office furniture and stationary needs. As an industrial facility we do not need the fancy office stationary and what they sell (in bulk) is the exact economic version of what we need (note pads, envelopes, draft paper, etc). We like how they ship extremely fast as well!

We have had a good experience with Citrix videoconferencing software. Very easy to install and use according to our entire staff. This system has been a huge plus for our clients and vendors as we can communicate in real time and more importantly very clearly with visual demonstrations of what we are doing in our facility. A+ vendor with a software product that is also affordable within our budget.

Powerstride is an awesome vendor that we highly recommend. They literally carry every type of battery out there and they are super sized in terms of their durability and battery life which is great for my guys. For a high quality, industrial strength battery, we were pleasantly surprised to see how competitive the prices were!

We purchased a custom vending machine from Fastenal to stock equipment and hand tools for our staff. This has been a big hit for us, as the convenience of this has been praised by everyone on our staff. The pricing was relatively competitive and was well within our budget. We have since recommended Fastenal to other facilities in our business park.

Our facilities are on overdrive more than 12 hours a day, 6 days a week. It is constantly chaotic with high temperatures and condensation that builds up on our windows and the walls of our facility. Luckily, we have identified Ace Window from our neighbor in our business park who contracts them our regularly. We hired Ace to do a very thorough power wash for our windows and walls, and they were able to do an excellent job making our facility look relatively new. We have learned the hard way, that it is important to maintain these areas of our facility and have continued to use Ace on a regular basis.

We hired M3 Precision, a local vendor for us, for some very intricate and detailed welding and metal cutting services. These guys were excellent as they exceeded our expectations with their very detailed and thorough work. The welding job was amazingly smooth as we could not see any blemishes. Their services have saved us a tremendous amount of time and resources, allowing us to focus on our primary job of rolling off new products. Highly recommended.

As we have grown our facility over the years, we have hired a significant number of new engineers and employees in our manufacturing facility. We have outgrown the Arrowhead 5 gallon water dispensers quickly and looked into a larger water filtration system. We noticed other facilities with a soda fountain system and looked into it ourselves. Surprisingly, the cost was in line with our budget and we have heard excellent reviews from other facilities. Plus, this is a small token for us to show our appreciation to our employees. This has been a big hit so far.

Contech is a very reliable vendor for all your lab equipment needs designed for an industrial facility. The lab equipment they have (beakers, chemical measuring equipment) are always sturdy and can withstand the high heat in our facility without compromising the quality of the equipment. My staff is very pleased with the purchases from Contech and we plan to continue to be long term customers.

A great packaging vendor when you need to purchase in bulk while being mindful on costs. These guys came through with a bulk of packaging pouches at a fraction of competitor prices. If you need no frills regular plastic packaging, these are your guys. If you need specialized packaging for delicate products, look elsewhere. All around affordable vendor.

PeelMaster medical Packaging is an exception vendor for hard to find sterilized packaging pouches. Not only are they one of a few national vendors that carry sterilized pouches, they carry these sterilized pouches in many different sizes with ability to customize. You definitely pay a premium, but this is a special order and custom product well worth it.

Strengths: Great selection of sterilized and durable packaging pouches.

We have had a good experience with Accuwinder. They have been in the business for years and have an outstanding reputation. Although there are plenty of other vendors for springs, Accuwinder is one of the few vendors that carry high quality spring winders. Very critical for our products as it helps reset the internal mechanisms within our products seamlessly without jamming like other competitors out there. A little pricey but you get excellent quality.

We have had an OK experience with these guys. They definitely carry a wide selection of products and were one of few vendors to carry the hydraulics we were looking for. However, the pricing was high and the shipping/lead time was extremely slow. We have only transacted with them a few times, so will continue to see how consistent the service is.

We've only worked with Southern Spring on one occasion. However, our experience was excellent as they exceed our expectations in all facets of the transaction. We purchased high compression springs from Southern Spring for a part of a new product we are rolling off. We have been looking for this exact type of spring from over a dozen other vendors but could not find one with right fit, quality, and price. These guys came to the rescue as the springs they offered were vastly superior in quality versus the rest of market, and the pricing was excellent. We highly recommend them.

We have purchased many computer components and accessories from Unitrack Industries in the past. They carry a lot of industrial quality digital displays and sturdy computer towers that are very durable in a chaotic facility like ours. We like how the items they carry are geared towards a manufacturing/industrial focused company so the quality of their products are a little more sturdy than typical retail customers. Very happy with our purchases.

Igus is a solid vendor for all your bearing needs. Craftsmanship for the bearings is excellent as they quality is consistent for the bulk of bearings we purchase. Although we have only purchased bearings from Igus, they do offer a wide selection of industrial based materials and supplies. An excellent new vendor that we will continue to purchase from.

Purdy definitely specializes in brooms and brushes. We were not aware that there are so many different types of brooms in the market, with specific brooms to handle certain materials. Their staff was very knowledgeable as we needed a broom to primarily clean up scrap metal and plastic shavings. They were able to identify the right one so ensure longevity. A solid vendor.

A very professional vendor that is easy to work with. They can provide any type of wire that you need and can customize length and durability. The ordering process is very easy and they ship fast which is always a plus. An all around no frills, high quality vendor with very competitive prices.
