Costco Business Center

We have a contract account with Costco Business to supply our start up with almost everything we need. They are super convenient and saves us time from making multiple purchases at different stores when we can usually handle everything from Costco. Our office consumables are delivered to our door and the drivers/delivery guys are super nice. On occasion, we found they have a limited supply/variety of items, but we usually can get what we need.

Strengths: Great prices. Prompt delivery. Wide range of supplies. Resale licenses. Super customer service. National company with a local supply connection. Delivery drivers are really helpful. Easy to purchase on website. Can handle large volume.

Needs to improve: Limited selection. Can't get everything you need.

Great service, customer support and quality products. The deliver drivers/teams are really great guys and they put the stuff where you want it. It is delivered on time and as ordered.

Strengths: It's great to be able to use a single company which can provide virtually every office supply need for your business. Costco does just that. They have a great online ordering site, deliver what you need when you need it and in the exact amounts you need. They have a wholesale price advantage and allow for reselling of items if you have the right permits. It's just a great way to keep you business supplied with minimal fuss.

Needs to improve: None

Used Costco business delivery to purchase paper, bathroom items, food, soda, fireproof file cabinets, chairs, etc. Products are good quality and the same great guarantee is in place. Costs are very good as you would expect.

Strengths: Off-the-shelf business supplies and food for commercial entities. Includes desks, file cabinets, and industrial products that are not available to residential customers.

Needs to improve: I have seen about a 5% error in delivery (1 out of 20 deliveries - not 5% wrong each time)

Our company has been getting our supplies from costco. Great products and good customer service.They deliver on time and made sure we get everything that we ordered.
