MACHINE CAPABILITY AND PROCESSES
Our machines and processes are designed for micro-sized components. Our facility houses state-of-the-art, CNC Swiss micro machining technology capable of turned diameters as small as .004” and up to 1.25” diameter. We can utilize drills and end mills as small as .002 in most metals and plastics while holding tolerances of +/- .0001.
We can easily accomplish our customers' demand for extreme, high precision and quality finishes at high speed production capacity, often reducing or even eliminating the need for second operation.
