Cryogenic Deflashing & Deburring Systems

We recently acquired the SB-10 Table Top system to remove flash and burrs from injection molded parts. We use to perform the secondary cleaning operation manually but now we simply place the components in the cryogenic system and the parts are quickly deflashed and deburred. The units are costly, but it will pay for itself in a short time.

Strengths: Cryogenic makes very effective systems for secondary operations on plastic components. The equipment is reliable and fits easily into any production floor.

Needs to improve: Very costly but can pay of itself in a short period of time

We have used Cryogenic Deburring system to remove burrs and flash for small machined plastic components. We have had issues with burrs on a small plastic component, trying microblasting and laborious manual deburring, but have found cryogenic deflashing the most effective to deburr the components. The technical support was excellent.
Highly recommend for components with difficult deburring geometries. Prices may be a bit negative but it is better than manual deburring methods.

We ha e sent some of our parts to cryogentic to have them deburred!! They do a awesome job and they don't harm the parts themselves in the process. Great service at a good price.

To clean up some of our components we went to Cryo. They have some high tech wizardry that is able to break down our components without compromising the integrity of our parts. They strip the surface tarnish, wear and tear lubricants, caked on use with relative ease. We highly recommend their wizardry.

We sent out metal parts to debur them for smoother surface. Their system works and effective for our products. Customer service always follow up with the status of the orders. Expertise service is available upon request.

Save a lot of time by using their deburring systems. It is expensive but it is worth it for long run. Sales rep are helpful and guide us through what we need to suitable our application.

I have had some parts deflashed by CDS. the method was excellent for my application to deflash my parts without damaging the component (molded part). it effectively took off excess flash in a efficient manner. good customer support

cryogenic deflashing is useful to take off burrs off of parts that can be time consuming to remove on large volumes. we have had good experience going here to get parts deburred
