Dataart worked collaboratively with our IT team to develop a specific software to launch our EHR/EMR capabilities. the software allows us to manage patient records easily and seamlessly. it allows us access to problem lists, demographics, other pt information regarding allergies, medical hx and immunizations. the software has helped to enhance the efficacy of communication between us and the provider in real-time. the software is also in tune with medical coding and HIPAA regulations. the software was altered from the baseline product they have to fit our company needs so the customization was very useful and a unique feature. Because their service is unique in that they create a software specifically for your needs from a baseline product, they do charge a fairly high premium. other companies who have EHR software is a one fits all while the one that dataart offers has been made to our specification so it was worth the price. the original quote they gave us was also very accurate
